The place was awesome. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Having a patio was great to relax on. All the amenities provided to include washer and dryer definitely helped. Even small things like a portable lantern to walk with outside at night were a plus. Having the tv rotate to either the couch or bed was perfect. Jessica’s recommendation booklet was very helpful. Parking was plenty and being in a gated lot was a plus.
You won’t be disappointed with this place! We even brought our pup with us and he loved it!

Great spot in Town with great hosts. Nice central location to get where you need to be in Tucson with a very spacious indoor and outdoor space. Nice and peaceful area. Stay was 10/10!

Very new construction. Not fancy but very nice. Has some nice details like door less shower, artist design on kitchen bar face.
VERY well stocked, not just pots, pans, dishes & silverware.
Coffee for coffee maker, soap for laundry, olive oil, salt & pepper, shampoo etc.
very inviting layout, comfortable bed and furniture, quiet at night and very safe feeling.
We will be back.

Definitely one of our top 3 spots we’ve ever stayed on Airbnb. Can’t wait for the next time we get the chance to book with Jessica and Dan again!

Such a nice studio right in the heart of town. Not too far from anything. I love that each unit is separate and has its own yard. Much more privacy vs a hotel or guestroom. Also loved the keyless door and gate. The units are very clean and modern. Being able to flip the TV towards the couch or the bed was also a great concept.

Jessica and Dan’s place was perfect! They were very responsive and did a good job helping get a detail sorted out. Place is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this location for multiple months and do not have a single bad thing to say. Jessica and Dan were extremely helpful and always responsive. The space is amazing with a very nice private backyard area. A home away from home :) Anytime I am in Tucson, Arizona for work I will always check to see if this space is available.
10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
