Very new construction. Not fancy but very nice. Has some nice details like door less shower, artist design on kitchen bar face.
VERY well stocked, not just pots, pans, dishes & silverware.
Coffee for coffee maker, soap for laundry, olive oil, salt & pepper, shampoo etc.
very inviting layout, comfortable bed and furniture, quiet at night and very safe feeling.
We will be back.

Definitely one of our top 3 spots we’ve ever stayed on Airbnb. Can’t wait for the next time we get the chance to book with Jessica and Dan again!

Such a nice studio right in the heart of town. Not too far from anything. I love that each unit is separate and has its own yard. Much more privacy vs a hotel or guestroom. Also loved the keyless door and gate. The units are very clean and modern. Being able to flip the TV towards the couch or the bed was also a great concept.

Really liked the layout of this place. It had everything I needed, was super comfortable, and clean. Jessica had really good communication and was very accommodating. I would definitely book here again. Such a great place!

Both Jessica and Dan were excellent hosts. Best hosts I’ve experienced on this app. They were very responsive, very welcoming, and made my entire experience very seamless. Tucson is my home away from home, and this Airbnb made me feel right at home. Adjustable tv made watching movies with my fiancé very effortless and enjoying. Plenty of dishes, glassware, towels, the whole thing. Plenty of natural lighting, very quiet area, gate for security, seamless pin pad entry, truly was a delightful experience. Once again, thank you to the both of you and I look forward to being hosted by the both of you.

The place was super clean and comfortable. The location was quiet too. I loved the natural lighting that pretty much lit the casita. The host, Jessica, is friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place!

Very cute comfortable home, Jessica and her husband were lovely hosts. We got stuck in Tucson due to weather and they were Able to get us in last minute no problem. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at this location for multiple months and do not have a single bad thing to say. Jessica and Dan were extremely helpful and always responsive. The space is amazing with a very nice private backyard area. A home away from home :) Anytime I am in Tucson, Arizona for work I will always check to see if this space is available.
10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
